Alabi Omolara Olutayo is a social entrepreneur who focuses on Sexual reproductive health, menstrual hygiene management, education and empowerment of women and girls, especially in rural communities. She is the Executive Director of Beembz creationz and events, a multi-event planning and management outfit, and Founder, Girls2Women Initiatives, a Non-Governmental Orgnization committed to creating safe spaces for the girl child, focusing on the health and wellbeing of young girls and women. She has organized and facilitated series of trainings and sensitization talks on sexual and reproductive health, and menstrual hygiene management.
In the last two years, she has sensitized over 2000 young girls in Osun and Kwara states respectively, and has also trained and empowered many in basic vocational skills acquisitions.

She hosts a weekly podcast 'everythinggirlswithlara' that addresses different vices affecting women and girls in the society.
She's a girl child mentor at RAISING GIRLS AMBITION (RAGA), a platform where young girls in secondary schools are matched with qualified mentors across the world to help them grow in all areas of life.
She has volunteered for many organizations and her dream is to touch as many lives as she can, positively, and contribute her quota in making this world a safer and better place for women and girls to live in.
