When I was very much younger, in the teenage class. My Teacher would always shout, prepare yourself and God will announce you to your world.
Preparation from my dictionary means
1. The act of preparing or getting ready.
2. That which is prepared
3. A substance, especially a remedy, that is prepared.
If we can clearly understand what the above means, it is simple saying.
Get ready and God will announce you to your world.
It's pathetic to say, so many of us as undergraduates or graduates are very much okay with the BSc or HND we have. We keep saying, at least I have done enough, it could have been pleasant to say, I have a bachelor's and I have done this and that adding to what I originally have.
It's even better, the race of academics.
We may not all have the grace to run it.
You may have learnt a trade or vocation.
Be the best, I remember, I clearly do
The story of a young man who had the opportunity to be the Head of facilities but because he doesn't have the knowledge on necessary engineering softwares.
An outsider took his seat.
So I take it seriously when I'm being told, prepare yourself.
So I ask!
Are we preparing ourselves for the Mantle we hope or the seat we want to occupy in the nearest future?
Mind you a simple knowledge acquired can shoot you there
Be prepared Scholars!

Good job my brother. Preparation is key even in the face of opportunity if one is not fully prepared it goes to another person who is ready (fully prepared) to grab it. Nice piece! Keep it up.
