Education is the bedrock of national development since it is the process of Implementing policies of progress among various categories of population. The system of organizing the course curriculum for both secondary and tertiary education have really contribute to the development of education nationally.

In recent years, Examination bodies have deviced various means to evaluate Students to aid educational development for sustainability, these have led to the introduction of instructional material, lesson note, course diary, weekly assessment etc as records meant for improving the Sector.

Observable Challenges in the education sector were numerous on the part of the students,the teachers and the parents in which the Environmental Impact is not left aloof. for example, Students hardly study for their examination, teachers not educationally qualified for the updated teaching methodology and parents are more concerned about family Income and hardly attend to their wards educational activities in which all this have detrimental effects on the Education sector of the country either basic, Secondary or tertiary.

Practical activities for science and social science courses cannot be underestimated as a way to gee up the level of awareness of the learners on the abstract topic they have been taught. It also expose the economic aspect/ advantage of these course to both Teacher and Students which is a way to balance the financial constraint of these stakeholders in the Education sector. Instructional materials are also an integral part of educational development which must be upgraded to the digital setting applicable to this generation of learners.

Corona Virus (COVID 19) pandemic with numerous disadvantages also brought various Opportunity to the education sector for those that are Objective to understand this, for example it indicates the negative implications of obsolete teaching methodology to the private and public educational officers, it also expand the wisdom of Government on digital method of teaching which shows average performance level due to inadequate basic Ammenities like electricity and perfect telecommunication network. These are area that hinders the usage of digital teaching method for learners in the 21st century.

Merits of digital teaching were numerous such as it ability to make wide research before the class Lecture, the availability of video , audio and pictorial instructional aid/ Documentary that will make learning more real rather than abstract 18 century method we adopted in our Educational Institutions. It is also a means of reducing stress for both teachers and learners in terms of class note compilation, examination question collation and result analysis.

The 21st century realities in the Education sector will amount to the Government Implementing the United Nations (UN) fifteen percent (15%) of the annual budget recommended for Education, conduct of Seminars on digital adminstrative services for Ministers, Commissioners, Permanent secretaries, Directors, Officers and all stakeholders that are directly attached to the education sector in all state of the Federation.

Conclusively, The over burden curriculum in the Education Sector must be Analysis, Subject/ Course Combination for Terminal Classes and Levels must be reduced, core subjecst / courses must be given ideal concentration, Parent- Teacher's Association must be strengthen in both private and public schools, updated library for digital research must be provided in all Schools, scrutiny and registration of private schools or Institutions must be seemless and balance to increase the standard of education on the life of all stakeholders in the sector since we all know Education is the best legacy.
